“Tacos are in our DNA,” Zipporah Allen, chief digital officer at Taco Bell, said in a statement. “It’s a fun way to continue offering unique ways to reward our most loyal fans through our digital access points.”
You can purchase the pass now for $10. The pass will give you one free taco through the Taco Bell App for 30 days.
The taco options will include a choice of seven different tacos including:
- The Crunchy Taco
- The Crunchy Taco Supreme
- The Soft Taco
- The Soft Taco Supreme
- The Spicy Potato Soft Taco
- Doritos Locos Taco
- Dorito Locos Tacos Supreme
In order to purchase your taco pass, you need to purchase through the Taco Bell App.
It seems that more and more subscription programs are rolling out in the restaurant arena. Earlier this week, Sweetgreen rolled out their Sweetpass. Recently Panera also has tried a coffee subscription.
Taco Bell tested the program in Tucson, Arizona last year with positive results that led to the national rollout.
20% of the buyers to the pass were new Taco Bell Rewards Program members, and the most popular taco in the program was the Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme.
