The Potbelly Sandwich shop tries to give you the feel of a neighborhood sandwich shop with a great menu and experience. On top of of toasted sandwiches, they also serve up salads, soups, fresh baked cookies and hand-dipped milkshakes.

If you couldn’t find anything on the normal menu, the Potbelly Secret Menu includes the Sicilian, the fireball, the Cheeseburger, the Wrecking Ball, the Monkey Business, the Dream Bar Sundae, the Toasty Turkey BLT, a Chickpea Veggie Salad, a Cookie Collision Milkshake, the Lucky 7, the Elvis, and the Clubby.

The Sicilian

An Italian Sub is already a pretty special sandwich. That said, when in Italy, why not check out Sicily? The Sicilian sandwich is the Italian with a few added items. Add meatballs. Add roasted peppers, and add even more cheese.

A little spice with more cheese and meat makes for an even more exciting version of the Italian.

The Fireball

What is a fireball? It sounds exciting, right? Well, the Fireball sandwich is chili, cheddar cheese, and hot peppers added on top of meatballs. All this goodness is wrapped inside the multigrain bread. This fireball is sure to give you energy and keeps close to its name. Enjoy.

Cheeseburger

You thought this was a sub shop, right? So what does is a cheeseburger doing on the secret menu? The closest thing to a hamburger at Potbelly is a meatball.

To complete the cheeseburger, sub out ketchup for the marinara sauce. Add pickles and mustard or mayo or any of the other fixings that you usually like on your cheeseburger. The meatballs are a great swap for the traditional burger and we think the bread here is better than the traditional bun. Enjoy!

Wrecking Ball

Wrecking Ball. Doesn’t that sound exciting? You may have something that comes to mind when you hear wrecking ball, but this sandwich probably encompasses whatever image you may have.

The Wrecking Ball is a very large sandwich that is a mix of the Wreck and the Meatball Marinara. So simply ask for a combo of the two sandwiches, and hopefully they will help you out. The Wreck is a signature Salami, roast beef, oven roasted turkey, hickory smoked ham and melted Swiss topped with lettuce tomato and mayo. The Meatball sandwich includes meatballs with marinara sauce and melted provolone cheese.

Monkey Business

Monkey Business elicits something playful but also a little bit on the edge. The Monkey Business sandwich combines peanut butter, bananas and bacon.

This is a combo sandwich that definitely puts a nice twist on the peanut butter and banana sandwich that you would make at home with the addition of bacon and toasted on the fantastic multi-grain bread. Definitely give this Monkey approved sandwich a try.

Dream Bar Sundae

Potbelly serves some great desserts, and one is called the Dream Bar. The Dream Bar is a oatmeal cookie bar with nuts, chocolate, caramel and coconut. With such a great dessert on the menu, there is another way to take it to the next level.

To get the Dream Bar Sundae, simply ask for the dream bar with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup on top. Enjoy!

Toasty Turkey BLT

A BLT is a solid sandwich choice, wherever you go. That said, why not take the BLT to the next level by adding applewood smoked bacon and oven roasted turkey? This is such a slight addition but will definitely elevate your traditional BLT.

Chickpea Veggie Salad

Are you a veggie person but find yourself lacking for options at most sandwich shops? Take a look at this secret item of a chickpea salad. Adding chickpeas, grape tomatoes and blue cheese make for a great salad for both meat eaters and vegetarians alike.

Cookie Collision Milkshake

There are so many great cookies, and most of them will take your milkshake order to the next level. Oreo tends to be a fan favorite, but have you thought about adding some more cookie options to the mix? At Potbelly’s add shortbread cookies and chocolate chip cookies to your oreo shake for the perfect cookie milkshake.

The Lucky 7

Like many other secret menu items, the Lucky 7 adds together two signature sandwiches, the Wreck and the Italian. On top of this sandwich you will find plenty of meat. 7 types of meat to be exact – turkey breast, roast beef, pepperoni, salami, capicola, and mortadella. In addition to the meat, you get lettuce, mayo, provolone cheese and tomatoes. Get ready for a meat explosion!

The Elvis

Naming a sandwich after “The King” is pretty aggressive. You can be the judge if this sandwich lives up to the name. Elvis was famous for his peanut butter and banana sandwich, so this sandwich includes Neuske’s bacon, bananas with peanut butter.

The Clubby

The Clubby is a slight variety of the traditional club sandwich that makes its way on to the secret menu. As for ham, bacon, turkey, provolone cheese and ranch dressing. Not on the standard menu, this one isn’t unique enough for the secret menu. That said, until enough people order, it probably won’t make its way on to the real menu.
