Hulk Hogan has long been known for his physique, and even over the age of 60, he remains in incredible shape. That said, what are his secrets? Does his diet play a role in this incredible shape? Could it be this glass of wine, or is there something else to his diet?
We found that over time, Hogans diet moved from steroids and junk food to eating healthy and consistent exercise every day. He also will tell you that a nice glass of wine and a healthy amount of chocolate are big parts of his diet.
In the early days, the Hulkster was pushing protein shakes and vitamins like seen here.
Hogan was pushing 330 pounds during his wrestling days. Looking back, he would tell you that steroids and junk food were big parts of the weight and regimen back then.
According to this episode of “Ask Hogan” back in 2011, Hogan had moved down from 330 pounds to “only 285” pounds.
But in 2011, he eats “everything” and just makes sure not to eat at night.

A few years later in 2015 and at the age of 61, Hogan hits the gym with his wife, Jennifer, every day. “[I] come down to the gym for an hour and a half every day, use light weights and try to be consistent with eating good food,” he says. “Every once in a while, I’m addicted to chocolate, and I’ll go off on a binge.”
