Haggen-Dazs just announced a new line of ice cream called “Haagen-Dazs Spirits”. The spirits are exactly what they seem like; they are infused with alcohol.

There will be six new flavors to chose from: Irish Cream Brownie, Rum Tres Leches, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle, Stout Chocolate Pretzel Crunch, Bourbon Praline Pecan, and non-dairy Amaretto Black Cherry Almond Toffee.

To the question burning on everyone’s mind? The alcohol content is only 0.5 percent by volume. This low content will mean that you won’t need an ID to purchase it, so eat at much as you want. There will be no need to reveal your age!

The new flavors will be hitting the freezer at your local supermarket soon. A national rollout is underway. According to the company, it will be “widely” available by April. A 14 ounce carton will cost $5.29. Haagen-Dazs shops will begin adding the new flavors to their menus starting on March 1st.
