Crock Pot Oriental Wings

  • 32 pieces chicken wing drums or flats
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup dry cooking sherry
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • chopped fresh chives
  1. Preheat broiler. Broil chicken wings about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to crock pot slow cooker

  2. Combine onion, soy sauce, sugar, sherry, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. Add to Crock Pot slow cooker; stir to blend well

  3. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours (HIGH for 2 to 3 hours)

  4. Sprinkle with chives before serving
