Crock Pot Oriental Wings
- 32 pieces chicken wing drums or flats
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup dry cooking sherry
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- chopped fresh chives
Preheat broiler. Broil chicken wings about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to crock pot slow cooker
Combine onion, soy sauce, sugar, sherry, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. Add to Crock Pot slow cooker; stir to blend well
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours (HIGH for 2 to 3 hours)
Sprinkle with chives before serving
