As reported by CNBC, Chipotle is already planning its first digital-only restaurant this Saturday in Highlands, New York.
Digital sales at Chipotle increased more than 300% in the third quarter as online and mobile ordering is being accelerated by the coronavirus pandemic.
The store will be located in Highlands, New York and will be a template for smaller footprint stores in Urban areas. As a part of the effort, the design will not include a dining room or a line for ordering.
